QUINOA BREAKFAST WITH SEEDS AND DRIED FRUIT by CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
1
cup quinoa, rinsed
1
(19.5 Oz) can Mae Ploy coconut milk
1
tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1
tablespoon sunflower seeds
1
tablespoon hemp seeds
1
tablespoon craisins
2
tablespoon dried cranberries
2
tablespoon chopped walnuts
1/2-teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4-teaspoon
sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a sauce-pan over medium-heat.
2.
Add
coconut milk.
3.
Stir
in quinoa.
4.
Stir
until quinoa is combined with coconut milk.
5.
Add
seeds, cranberries, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
6.
Bring
to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
7.
Serve
with fresh blueberries or raspberries. (optional)
