PEANUT SAUCE by CHEF
DAN:
1 (13.5) can coconut
milk
1/4-cup Thai red curry
paste
3/4-creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons tamarind
paste
1/3-cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon honey
1/2-teaspoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon apple cider
vinegar
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 thumb-size fresh
ginger, thinly sliced
3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth.
Taste good over noodles, vegetables, chicken or meat.
