MISO SOUP ENJOYDAN:


                                  MISO SOUP by CHEF DAN:

4 servings

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups water

1 tablespoon shredded nori (dried kelp)

1/3-white miso

1/2-block firm tofu, cube

1 teaspoon soy sauce

3 scallions, finely chopped

1/2-teaspoon sesame oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.   Bring water to a slow simmer.

2.   Add nori (seaweed) and allow simmering for 5-6 minutes.

3.   Reduce heat to very low and add all the ingredients until miso is well dissolved.

4.   Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
