PORK TENDERLOIN MARINATE by CHEF DAN:
Marinate
for 1# pork tenderloin
DIRECTIONS:
1/2-cup
soy sauce
1/4-cup
YOSHISA’S marinate and cooking sauce
1/4-cup
orange sauce
2
tablespoons liquid smoke
1/4-teaspoon EACH–ginger powder, onion powder,
and garlic powder
DIRECTIONS;
1.
In
a zip-lock bag add pork tenderloin and combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly.
2.
Refrigerate
overnight.
