GARLIC
CHICKEN by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless skinless
chicken breast
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons grape-seed
oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4-cup Parmesan cheese
1/4-Panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS: (PRE-HEAT
OVEN TO 425 DEGREES)
1.
In a sauce pan warm
the garlic and oil together to blend the flavors.
2.
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
3.
In a separate bowl
add the Panko, and Parmesan cheese, mix to combine.
4.
Season the Panko
mixture with salt and pepper.
5.
Dip the chicken
breast in the oil, garlic, brown sugar mixture.
6.
Then coat with
Panko, Parmesan cheese.
7.
Place chicken
breast in a prepared baking dish.
8.
Bake in
pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
