INSTANT POT ARTICHOKES ENJOY DAN:


                       INSTANT POT ARTICHOKES by CHEF DAN:
                                     (WITH DIPPING SAUCE)
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2-artichokes

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Submerge artichokes in cold water for 5 minutes.
2.    Cut off stems and trim 1-inch off top of the artichokes.
3.   Place 1-inch of water in the instant pot.
4.   Place a steamer rack in the Instant pot.
5.   Place 2-3-artichokes on the rack.
6.   Close lid of Instant pot and seal pressure value.
7.   Press PRESSURE COOKER n cook 9 minutes.
8.   Then use quick release.

DIPPING SAUCE:
1.   3-tablespoons butter
2.   1-tablespoons lemon juice
3.   Pinch of salt and pepper
4.   2-cloves garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Add butter to a saucepan & when sizzling.
2.   Add garlic, lemon juice + a pinch of salt & pepper.
3.   Saute for 1-minute & serve.
