GOCHUJANG SHRIMP AND GREEN BEANS ENJOY DAN:


                     GOCHUJANG SHRIMP by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
2-tablespoons + 2 teaspoons GOCHUJANG KOREAN (Korean Fermented Chile paste)
2-tablespoons olive oil
1-tablespoon soy sauce
2-teaspoons honey
1-pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
1-pound greens, trimmed

GOCHUJANG MAYONNAISE:
1/4-cup mayonnaise
1-tablespon Gochunjang

DIRECTIONS (preheat broiler)
1.   Heat broiler for at least 5 minutes.
2.   In a large bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.
3.   Whisk until smooth & emulsified.
4.   On a foil lined baking sheet, spread the shrimp 7 beans evenly in a single layer.
5.   Broil until bans are charred in spots & the shrimp are cooked through.
6.   Broil for 2-3 minutes.
