CRANBERRY FRUIT SALAD ENJOY DAN:


                       CRANBERRY FRUIT SALAD by CHEF DAN:
Serves 10

INGREDIENTS:
1 (12 Oz) package fresh cranberries
3/4-water
1/2--cup sugar
2-cup seedless grapes, halved
4 apples, diced
2-bananas, sliced
1-cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1-cup frozen raspberries, thawed
1-cup frozen strawberries, thawed
2-tablespoons lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, water and sugar.
2.   Cook over medium-heat until berries pop, about 15 minutes.
3.   Then let cool.
4.   In a bowl combine the cranberries and remaining ingredients.
5.   Refrigerate overnight then serve.
