DARK CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOOSE ENJOY DAN:


             DARK CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE by CHEF DAN:
SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS:
2 avocados
1/2-cup 70% cacao cocoa powder
1/3cup almond milk
1/3cup Vermont pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon coffee
1/2-teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4-teaaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a food processor, combine avocados and next 6 ingredients with a pinch of salt.
2.   Puree until smooth.
3.   Spoon the mousse into 4 ramekins and chill for at least 1 hour.
4.   Top with whipped cream.
