HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE ENJOY DAN:

                 HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE by CHEF DAN:
About 3 cups

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup honey
¾-cup fresh orange juice
1/4-cup water
A pinch of sea salt
1 (12 Oz) package fresh cranberries

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a sauce pan over medium-heat combine the honey, orange juice, water and salt.
2.   Stir until honey has dissolved.
3.   Add in the cranberries and pace a lid on half way through.
4.    Simmer for 10 minutes or until the cranberries have burst and softened.
5.   Transfer to a bowl to cool, then chill.
