MAPLE SOY GLAZED SALMON

INGREDIENTS:
2
(4 Oz each) skinless salmon fillets
3
tablespoons pure maple syrup
1-1/2-tabspoons
soy sauce
1
garlic clove, minced
Freshly
ground black pepper to taste
Chopped
scallions, white parts only
DIRECTIONS:
(preheat oven to 400 F)
1.
In
a mixing bowl whisk, together all ingredients.
2.
Place
salmon into a zip-lock bag pour maples syrup over the salmon.
3.
Seal
and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4.
Spray
a baking dish with Pam and transfer salmon into the prepared baking dish.
5.
Reserving
the marinate.
6.
Bake
in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
7.
Meanwhile
pour marinate in a skillet.
8.
Bring
to a boil over medium-high heat stirring frequently.
9.
Once
you bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer several minutes.
10.
Once
reduced to 2-3 tablespoon.
11.
Drizzle
maple soy glaze over the salmon.
12.
Top
with black pepper and scallions
