GRAND MARNIER SHRIMP SCAMPI ENJOY DAN:

                     GRAND MARNIER SHRIMP SCAMPI by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
12 jumbo, shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2-almond flour
4 tablespoons butter
8 crimin, mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4-teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 scallions, white parts only, chopped
1 cup Triple Sec
2/3-cup Grand Marnier
6 orange slices

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Dredge the shrimp in the flour to coat.
2.   In a skillet melt the butter over medium-heat.
3.   Add the mushrooms and next 3 ingredients, and shrimp.
4.   Saute until the vegetables began to soften.
5.   Add the Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, orange sliced and salt and pepper.
6.   Remove the shrimp so they do not overcook.
7.   Let the sauce reduce until it thickens, 5-7 minutes.
8.   Add the shrimp and heat through.
9.   Serve with noodles or jasmine rice.
