PORK TENDERLOIN ON
THE TRAEGER GRILL WITH COFFEE RUB by CHEF DAN:
Serves 6-8
INGREDIENTS:
1- 8 pound pork
tenderloin, trimmed of fat
1 (18 Oz) bottle of
barbecue sauce.
RUB:
2 tablespoon very
fine ground coffee beans (French Roast)
1/4-cup EACH maple
syrup, and chili powder
3 tablespoon garlic
powder
1 tablespoon EACH
black pepper, and Traeger pork rub
1-teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to mix.

Rub the1/2-the mixture on the pork, then wrap wrap in foil and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger gill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established 4-5 minutes.

Remove the foil and add remaining rub on the pork.

Place on the grill fat side up.

Leave setting on Smoke and Smoke for about 4-5-hours.

Coat the ribs with a bottle of barbecue sauce.

Move pork to a cutting board and let rest 15 minutes. slice into 3/4- inch slices and serve.
