GRACE'S PALEO WAFFLES WITH HONEY CINNAMON SYRUP ENJOY DAN:

GRACE'S PALEO WAFFLES WITH HONEY CINNAMON SYRUP by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoon almond meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2-teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2-teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons EACH ground cinnamon & vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
coconut oil to grease waffle-iron

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat & grease a waffle-iron as needed.
  2. Combine coconut flour and next 7 ingredients; whisk to combine.
  3. In another bowl stir n almond milk, coconut oil, eggs & cider vinegar.
  4. stir in almond milk, oil, eggs and vinegar.
  5. Add almond milk mixture to flour mixture; stir to combine.
  6. Let batter sit for about 10 minutes.
  7. Pour about 1 cup batter into a waffle-iron.
  8. cook until crisp and golden, about 6 minutes.
  9. Repeat with remaining batter.
HONEY CINNAMON SYRUP:
1/2-cup coconut oil, warmed if solid
1/2-cup raw honey, warmed if solid
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Top with sliced banana

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Melt all toppings ingredients together in a saucepan and stir until well combined.
  2. drizzle over waffles and top with bananas.
