DAN’S CURRY POWDER BLEND by
CHEF DAN:
Makes
1-cup and a little more
(This
is a great substitute for store bough curry powder)
INGREDIENTS:
4
tablespoons smoked paprika
4
tablespoons ground cumin
2
tablespoons fenugreek
2
teaspoon ground fennel
2
teaspoons ground mustard
2
tablespoon ground chipotle pepper
2
tablespoons ground coriander
2
tablespoons ground garlic powder
2
tablespoons ground onion powder
4
tablespoon ground turmeric
1-1/2-teaspoons
ground cardamom
1-1/2-teaspoons
ground ginger
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon ground cloves
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Grind
the spices in spice grinder.
2.
Combine
and store in a cool dry pry place for up to 2 months.
No
salt or M.S.G.
