SAUL (MOM’S) THANKSGIVING JELL-O SALAD FROM SISTER BETH

INGREDIENTS:
2
(3 Oz) packages lime jell-o
2
cups of boiling water
1
cup evaporated milk
1-
(8 Oz) package cream cheese, softened
1
(15 Oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2-cup mayonnaise
3/4-cup
chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Dissolve
jello in water.
2.
Add
cream cheese.
3.
Use
an electric beater to mix softened cream cheese and jello together.
4.
Add
all other ingredients.
5.
Pour
in a square or round pan.
6.
Chill
until firm.
