ASIAN MIARINATE FOR MEAT by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:

tablespoons soy sauce
3
tablespoons hoisin sauce
1
tablespoons oyster sauce
2
tablespoons lime juice
3
garlic cloves, crushed
2
tablespoons fresh ginger, crushed
1-tablespoons
Asian chili paste (Sambal Oelek)
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a bowl mix all ingredients together.
2.
Mix
in meat or chicken and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
