INGREDIENTS:

teaspoons olive oil
1/4-teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon cumin
1
teaspoon smoked paprika
1
pound carrots, halved lengthwise
DIRECTIONS: (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES)
1.
In
a bowl place in carrots and stir in olive oil, cumin, salt, and paprika.
2.
Place
carrots on a baking sheet and bake in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes or
until lightly browned.
