ASIAN STYLE PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS ENJOY DAN:


PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS WITH FETA CHEESE by CHEF DAN:

Serves 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 portabella mushrooms, stems removed

3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1 garlic clove, minced

 

DIRECTIONS:        (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES)

1.   Place mushroom caps, grill side up on a baking sheet.

2.   Wisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a bowl.

3.   Brush the mixture evenly over the mushroom.

4.   Bake for 25 minutes.

5.   Remove and sprinkle 1-1/2- tablespoons feta onto each cap.

6.   Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
