BEANS FAST AND EASY ENJOY DAN:

SKILLET BAKED BEANS: by CHEF DAN
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2-tablespoons olive oil
2 (28 Oz) cans navy beans or great northern beans
1 onion, quartered and thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons EACH brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard and molasses.
1/2-cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground ginger

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oil on a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add all remaining ingredients over medium-heat, and cook until beans are no longer soupy about 30 minutes.
5. Stirring occasionally.
