SALMON HORS D’ OEUVRES by CHEF DAN:
(For soup kitchen party)
Serves a bunch
INGREDIENTS:
2 (8oz) cans salmon
1 package cream cheese
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoons tarragon
1 tablespoon fennel, crushed
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2-teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together and serve on crackers.
