MARTINI BUTTER TO SERVE OVER MEAT by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1/4-cup (manzanilla) pimento stuffed olives, plus 4 olives for slicing
2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
1 tablespoon vermouth
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4-teaspoon each sea salt, and freshly ground white pepper
4 tablespoons softened butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender combine 1/4-cup olives, vodka, vermouth, mustard, and salt, & pepper.
2. Pulse to coarsely chop.
3. Add the butter to coarsely combine.
4. Garnish with sliced olives.
5. Server over beef, pork or chicken.
