GRANDSON'S COMING TO TOWN WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN S'MORES POPCORN BALLS ENJOY DAN:

MORES POPCORN BALLS WITH J-BOB AND BRADMAN by CHEF DAN:
24 servings:

INGREDIENTS:

10 cups freshly popped popcorn
1/4-cup butter
1/4-cup light corn syrup
2 cups (1/2-inch) pieces graham crackers (about 15 crackers)
1 package (10-1/2-oz) marshmallows, about 6 cups
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

1.    In a roasting pan, toss together popcorn, graham crackers and 1 cup of the marshmallows.
2.    In a sauce pan, melt remaining marshmallows with butter, and corn syrup over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
3.    Remove from heat.
4.    Stir in vanilla.
5.    Immediately pour over popcorn mixture, and stir to coat.
6.    When cool enough to handle, grease your hands and form 3/4-cup balls.
7.    Place on waxed paper-lined tray
8.    Let cool.
9.    In a double boiler, of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate.
10.                       Drizzle all over popcorn balls.
11.                       Refrigerate until set, about 10-12 minutes.
