SCALLOPS WRAPPED IN BACON ENJOY DAN:


                  SCALLOPS WRAPPED IN BACON by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
16-sea scallops
8 slices of thick bacon
1/2-teaspoon EACH salt & pepper, & smoked paprika
1-teaspoon garlic powder
16-thoothpicks
oil for drizzling

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 F)
1.   Line a baking sheet with foil, Set aside
2.   Wash & then pat dry with paper towels.
3.   Wrap on scallop in half a slice of bacon & secure with toothpick.
4.   Repeat with remaining scallops
5.   In a bowl mix together all the spices including garlic powder.
6.   Drizzle with spice mixture and drizzle some oil on top.
7.   Arrange scallops in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
8.   Bake 12-15 minute.
