ARUGULA SALAD ENJOY DAN:


                                ARUGULA SALAD by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
12-grape tomatoes, quartered
1-teaspoon balsamic vinegar + more for drizzling
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
1-handful fresh arugula
1-teaspoon olive oil + more for drizzling.
shaved Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Toss the tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, 1/4-teaspoon salt & a few grinds of black pepper.
2.   Set aside, for about 5 minutes.
3.   Toss arugula with olive oil, a pinch of salt & few grinds of pepper.
4.   Place in a salad bowl.
5.   Spread arugula on a platter.
6.   Spoon the tomatoes on top.
7.   Then drizzle with olive oil & vinegar.
8.   Top with Parmesan cheese.
