ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES ENJOY DAN:


                   ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 (105 Oz) container cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
1-bunch EACH marjoram, thyme, and rosemary
Splash olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

INGREDIENTS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 F)
1.   Put all tomatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
2.   Toss in garlic; spread out on a baking sheet.
3.   Scatter with marjoram, thyme, and rosemary.
4.   Drizzle with olive oil.
5.   Roast for 1-1-1/2-hours.
6.   Draining the juice half way through.
7.   Cook until concentrated and dry.
