PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED CHICKEN BREASTS ENJOY DAN:

PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED CHICKEN BREASTS by CHEF DAN:

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2-teaspoon black pepper
Sea salt to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 slices prosciutto
2 tablespoon fresh sage
2 tablespoon olive oil
6 garlic cloves, whole
1/2-cup white wine

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Pound the chicken with heavy skillet until 1/4-inch thick.
2.   Season with salt and pepper.
3.   In a bowl mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
4.   Spread mayo mixture all over chicken breast.
5.   Lay each chicken breast on a slice of prosciutto, wrap around the chicken.
6.   Held together with toothpicks.
7.   Heat the oil and garlic in a skillet over medium-heat when sizzling.
8.   Add the chicken and cook until the prosciutto is crisp and the chicken is cooked through about 6-7 minutes per side.
9.   Transfer chicken and garlic to plates.
10.                Put the white wine in the skillet and scrape bottom of pan to deglaze.
11.                Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
12.                Spoon sauce over chicken:
