EMERY'S SPICY SWEET GLAZED SALMON ENJOY DAN:

              EMERY’S SPICY SWEET GLAZED SALMON by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 (6 Oz) salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
1/4-cup rice wine vinegar
2-teaspoon sesame oil
1/4-cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon EACH onion powder and garlic powder
2 teaspoon Chinese style hot mustard powder
1/4-cup water
1/3-cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon black pepper
Serve with Jasmine rice

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place salmon in a flat dish and set aside.
2.   Combine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sriracha sauce, onion, and garlic powder, hot mustard powder, water, brown sugar, and black pepper.
3.   Place in a blender and blend until brown sugar dissolves.
4.   Pour the marinate over the salmon, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5.   Line a broiling pan with foil.
6.   Remove salmon from marinate and place on broiling pan.
7.   Transfer remaining marinate to saucepan.
8.   Turn boiler on low.
9.   Brush 1/4-cup marinate on the salmon.
10.                Broil salmon 6-inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
11.                Cook the remaining marinate over low-heat until It thickens and reduced by 1/3- about 7-10 minutes,
12.                Drizzle cooked marinate over the salmon just before serving.
13.                Serve with Jasmine rice.
