FOOD BANK HARVEST ENJOY DAN:


HARVEST PARTY AT GOOD CHEER FOOD BANK SLOW BAKED KALE

INGREDIENTS FOR EACH BUNDLE OF KALE:

 

1 bunch of kale, washed and dried

3/4-cup dry peanuts

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2-teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

 

DIRECTIONS:   (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 200 DEGREES)

1.   Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2.   Trim stems from each kale leaf and cut each leaf into chip size pieces.

3.   In a food processor add peanuts, garlic powder, oil, soy sauce, chili powder, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast, blend until smooth.

4.   Add kale to a bowl and add peanut mixture, pour over kale.

5.   Using your hands thoroughly combine kale.

6.   In pre-heated oven lay kale a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

7.   Turning ounce.
