SPICY HONEY PEANUT SAUCE by CHEF DAN:


4cups



INGREDIENTS:



1/2- cup DAN”S honey

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoon water

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoons fish sauce

2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon red curry paste or 1teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons fresh cilantro



DIRECTIONS:



1. In a bowl combine, honey, peanut butter, coconut milk, water, lime juice, soy sauce,

3. Mix in the cilantro just before serving.
