MOROCCAN CROCK POT CHICKEN ENJOY DAN

           MOROCCAN CROCK POT CHICKEN MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
Serves 5-6

INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into stripes
1/4-cup chicken stock
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 (14.5 Oz) can fire roasted tomatoes
1 (15 Oz) can chickpeas
1/4- cups EACH raisins, and sliced almonds
1 teaspoon EACH honey, cumin, cinnamon, smoked paprika, chili powder, curry powder, turmeric, Italian seasoning and lemon pepper.

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place the chicken on the bottom of the crock pot.
2.   Throw in the chickpeas and the remaining ingredients.
3.   Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
4.   Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
