BAKED HARD BOILED EGGS IN THE OVEN IN A MUFFIN TIN ENJOY DAN:

BAKED HARD BOILED EGGS IN THE OVEN IN A MUFFIN TIN by CHEF DAN:
(THIS IS EGGS FOR SOUP KITCHENS POTATO SALAD)
Makes 12

WHAT IS NEEDED?
1 muffin tin
12 eggs
A bowl of ice water
Tongs for removing egg to ice water

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 F)
1.   Place a dozen eggs in a muffin tin.
2.   Place the muffin tin with the eggs in the oven.
3.   Bake for 30 minutes.
4.   Remove from the oven and instantly immerse in ice water.
5.   Leave in ice water 10 minutes.
6.   For easiest peeling remove shells right away.
