ROASTED POTATOES ENJOY DAN:


JESSE'S ROASTED POTATOES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE by CHEF DAN:

Serves 20

 

INGREDIENTS:

10 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled, cubed

1/2-cup oil

1/4-cup minced garlic

2 teaspoon each dried, rosemary, paprika, thyme, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, dill, parsley, and parmesan cheese

1/2-cup parmesan cheese

 

DIRECTIONS:       (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 475 DEGREES)

1.   In a large bowl add all spices.

2.   Add oil and stir to combine.

3.   Add potatoes and coat evenly.

4.   Spread on baking sheet on a single layer.

5.   Roast for 25-30 minutes stirring occasionally.

6.   Season with a dusting of sea salt and parmesan cheese.
