BALSMIC VINEGAR DRESSING ENJOY DAN:


                BALSAMIC VINEGAR DRESSING by CHEF DAN:

Yields 8 servings\

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/4- cup olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Agave Nectar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 shallot, minced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoons dried oregano

1-teaspoon dried thyme

Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.   Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar with a lid.

2.   Shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
