BUTTERNUT
SQUASH WITH APPLES AND FRESH CRANBERRIES by CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
1
butternut squash, peeled and cubes into 1/2-inch pieces
2
tart apples, cubed
1/2-cup
fresh or frozen cranberries
1
tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4-teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4-teaspoon
nutmeg
2
tablespoon maple syrup
2
tablespoon lemon juice
1/4-cup
butter, cubed
DIRECTIONS: (PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES)
1.
Place
cubed squash in a 7-X-11 baking dish.
2.
Place
apples on top of the squash.
3.
And
then place cranberries on top of apples.
4.
Mix
together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, and lemon juice.
5.
Sprinkle
on top.
6.
Dot
with butter and bake in pre-heated oven for 50-60 minutes.
