CRAB POKE BOWL ENJOY DAN;


                                CRAB POKE BOWL by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1-cup fresh crab meat
1/4-cup light soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 scallions, bias sliced into 1-inch slices
2 tablespoon toasted black sesame seeds
2 cups Jasmine rice
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced cucumber

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Toss together crab and next 5 ingredients.
2.   Stir in scallions and sesame seeds.
3.   Let stand for 10 minutes.
4.   Divide rice among 4 bowl.
5.   Top with crab mixture, avocado and cucumber
