LAYERED DESSERT MADE BY J-BOB MY GRANDSON ENJOY DAN:


CHRISTMAS LAYERED DESSERT MADE BY 17 YEAR OLD GRANDSON J-BOB
                                                                                                  By CHEF DAN:
Serves 8-10

FIRST LAYER:
2 cups graham crackers, crumbs
4 tablespoon butter, melted

SECOND LAYER:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs

THIRD LAYER:
5 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise

FORTH LAYER:
1 (20 Oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

FIFTH LAYER:
2 (10 Oz) package frozen mixed berries

Sixth layer:
1 large container dream whip

SEVENTH LAYER:
1 cup ground nuts, almond or walnuts

DIRECTIONS:
1.   FIRST layer: combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, mixing well.
2.   Press mixture down into a 9-13-inch dish or pan.
3.   SECOND layer: in a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, softened butter, and eggs.
4.   Beat for 20 minutes; yes 20 minutes.
5.   Spread over graham cracker layer.
6.   THIRD layer: spread sliced bananas over second layer.
7.   FORTH layer: spread crushed pineapple over bananas.
8.   FIFTH: layer spread berries over pineapple layer.
9.   SIXTH layer: spread dream whip evenly over the pineapple layer.
10.                SEVENTH layer: sprinkle evenly with ground nuts.
11.                Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
