TOMATILLO BREAKFAST TACOS ENJOY DAN:

                  TOMATILLO BREAKFAST TACOS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4     2 tacos each

INGREDIENTS;
1 tablespoon olive oil
12 tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and coarsely chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4- teaspoon EACH berbare, green Zaatar, and chunky chat masala
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
8 corn tortillas, warmed
1/3-cup crumbled feta cheese

DIRECTIONS
1.   Heat oil in a skillet over medium-heat when sizzling.
2.   Add tomatillos, onion and garlic, stirring until most of the liquid from the tomatillos has evaporated about 10 minutes.
3.   Add eggs and spices plus lemon pepper.
4.   Cook stirring until the eggs are set 2-3 minutes.
5.   Divide the scrambles eggs among the tortillas and sprinkle with feta.
