DRUNKEN MELON BALLS by
CHEF DAN:
Makes
about 7 cups
INGREDIENTS:
Use
a melon ball scoop
1
small, seedless watermelon
1
cantaloupe
1
honeydew melon
1
cup vodka
1/2-cup
Kirshwasser cherry flavored brandy
1/2-cup
triple sec
1/4-cup
raspberry liquor
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Slice
the fruit in half and remove the seeds from the cantaloupe and honeydew.
2.
Use
a melon ball scoop to scoop the melons and place in 1/2-gallion jar with a lid.
3.
Pour
in vodka brandy triple se, and raspberry.
4.
Pour
liquid over the melon balls and refrigerate overnight.
5.
Making
sure they are all submerged.
