SUPER BOWL SALMON ROLL ENJOY THE GAME DAN:

SALMON ROLL FOR THE SEAHAWKS SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS

Serves 16

INGREDIENTS:
16 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (14,75 Oz) can salmon, drained and flaked
6 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons capers
1/2-teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2-teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup sliced toasted almonds
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Decorate the platter with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, or yellow bell pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.   With a bowl and spatula, mix together, cream cheese. Cheddar cheese, salmon, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, and cayenne pepper.
2.   Form ball into a fish shape.
3.   Cover with plastic wrap and tuck into the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
4.   Before serving, place toasted almonds and cucumbers as “scales”
5.   Slice of yellow pepper for “fins” and cherry tomato for “eye”
6.   Place on a platter with rice crackers.
