CHOCOLATE FONDUE WITH RASPBERRY LIQUEUR ENJOY DAN:

VALENTINES DAY CHOCOLATE FONDUE DIPPERS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
1/3-cup whipping cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
1/2-teaspoon pure vanilla bean paste
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur

DIPPERS:
10 fresh whole raspberries
10 fresh whole strawberries
10 fresh whole grapes
Serve with any fruit

INGREDIENTS:
1.   In a sauce-pan heat whipping cream over medium-heat.
2.   When whipping cream becomes hot.
3.   Whisk in chocolate chips, butter and cook until chocolate is melted.
4.   Add remaining ingredients.
5.   Continue whisking until all the ingredients are incorporated.
6.   Serve with dippers of your choice.
7.   Use tooth picks to dip fruit into chocolate mixture.
