CABBAGE CARROT SLAW FOR THE SOUP KITCHEN by

INGREDIENTS:

cups cabbage, shredded
5
cups carrots, shredded
3
cups jicama, shredded
1
cup reduce wine vinegar
1
cup sour cream
2
cups raisins
1/4-honey
1
tablespoon dried oregano
1/4-cup
chives
1-1/2-teaspoon
salt
1/2-teaspoon
white pepper
INGREDIENTS:
1.
In
a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrots, jicama, and raisins.
2.
In
another bowl combine the honey and rice wine vinegar until smooth.
3.
Stir
in sour cream, oregano, chives, salt and
pepper.
4.
Stir
into cabbage mixture and chill before serving.
