SOFT BOILED EGG WITH BUTTERY TOAST ENJOY DAN:


SOFT BOILED EGG WITH BUTTERY TOAST SOLDIERS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
2-eggs chicken or duck
2-pieces whole wheat bread, toasted
Butter salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water.
2.    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat & when boiling.
3.   Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes for soft set yolks.
4.   Transfer eggs to ENGLISH soft egg dish.
5.   Using a butter knife, crack the top edge then gently slice the top bit of the egg off.
6.   Season top of egg with butter and S. & P.
7.   Serve with soldiers and hot tea.

ENJOY DAN:                                     EAT WELL AND SLOW THE FORK DOWN!!
