INSTANT POT HARD BOILED EGGS ENJOY DAN:


            INSTANT POT HARD BOILED EGGS by CHEF DAN:
6 eggs

INGREDIENTS:
1-cup water
3 tablespoon rice vinegar
6-eggs

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Pour the water and vinegar into the Instant pot.
2.   Place a steamer basket into the pot.
3.   Carefully arrange the eggs in the steamer basket.
4.   Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and close the pressure value.
5.   For soft boiled eggs, select PRESSURE COOKER and cook on low pressure.
6.   Cook for 3 minutes, when complete release the pressure.
7.   For medium cooked eggs cook for 4 minutes.
8.   For hard boiled eggs cook for 5 minutes.
9.   Remove the lid from the pot and gently place a bowl of ice water.
10   If you want to serve them warm keep I ice water for 1 minute.
11  The vinegar makes it easier to peel the eggs.
