INSTANT POT BROWN RICE MY WAY ENJOY DAN:


             INSTANT POT BROWN RICE MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
1-1/2-cups brown rice
3 cups water or broth
1-teaspoon butter
1/2-teaspoon EACH cinnamon paprika, and salt
1/2-cup craisins (cranberries from Costco)
1-bay leaf

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Wash brown rice until water runs clear.
2.   In the Instant Pot combine the rice water and remaining ingredients.
3.   Start the Instant Pot in PRESSURE COOK for 22 minutes.
4.   Make sure pressure release is in sealed position.
5.   When Instant Pot beeps, do 10 minutes natural release.
6.   Release manually after 10 minutes.
