HEALTHY BEEF BONE BROTH ENJOY DAN:


                       HEALTHY BEEF BONE BROTH by CHEF DAN:
Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:
1-(2 pound) beef marrow pipe bones
4-quarts water
4-carrots, chopped
1-heat fresh garlic, peeled and chopped
3-tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1-teaspoon celery salt
1/2-teaspoon peppercorns
2-onions, chopped

DIRECTIONS: preheat oven to 375 f)
1.   Arrange the bones on a baking sheet in a single layer.
2.   Roast for 25 minutes, turning half way through.
3.   In a stock pot, add water, roasted bones and remaining ingredients.
4.   Let sit in cold water for 30 minutes.
5.   Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours.
6.   During the first few hours, remove and impurities the float to the surface.
7.   Plus, any foam that forms, just scrape off with a wooden spoon.
8.   When done let cool slightly.
9.   Then drain using a strainer to remove any bites of bone.
10  Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze.
