BROCCOLI SALAD WITH CRAISINS

INGREDIENTS:

heads broccoli, chopped into florets) about 6 cups)

cups Asian cabbage, chopped
1/4-cup
Craisins
1/4-cup
golden raisins
6
slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbles
1/8-cup
EACH sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cashews
1/3cup
mayonnaise
1/4-cup
pure maple syrup
2
tablespoons cider vinegar
Kosher
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a bowl wisp to combine mayo, and next 4 ingredients.
2.
Add
broccoli and next 7 ingredients.
3.
Mix
thoroughly and serve.
