ROASTED
SWEET POTATOES WITH SYRUP AND CINNAMON by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
4
sweet potatoes, peeled and cut 1-inch cubes
1/4-cup
olive oil
1/4-cup
pure maple syrup, plus more for drizzling potatoes after cooked
2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon ground turmeric
1
tablespoon tart cherries
Sea
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
(preheat oven to 375 F)
1.
Lay
the sweet potatoes out in single layer on a baking dish.
2.
Drizzle
with oil, and next 6 ingredients:

Roast for 25-30 minutes
4.
Take
sweet potatoes out of the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
5.
Drizzle
with pure maple syrup.
