HOMEMADE HUMMUS MY WAY by CHEF

INGREDIENTS:

(15 Oz) cans no-salt added chickpeas
2
garlic cloves
1/2-cup
water
1/4-cup
tahini (sesame seed paste)
3
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2-teaspooon
EACH cumin, red pepper flakes and smoked paprika
2
tablespoon olive oil
3/4-tespoon
sea salt
1/4-teaspoons
freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Place
beans and garlic in a food processor; pulse until chopped.
2.
Add
1/2-cup water and reaming ingredients; pulse until smooth.
