CHICKEN
APPLE SALAD WITH WALNUTS by CHEF DAN:
Serves
4
INGREDIENTS:
1/2-lite
mayonnaise
2
tablespoon honey
2
celery stalks, diced
1/3-cup
toasted walnuts
1/2-pound
cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2
cups unpeeled apples, cored and coarsely chopped
1
cup seedless grapes
Dash
of rosemary
1/2-teaspoon
dried dill
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Mix
mayonnaise and honey in a bowl until well blended
2.
Stir
in reaming ingredients until well coated.
3.
Serve
on a bed of lettuce.
